The Pilates Community was set up by Hannah, a Pilates instructor, who, with a team of Pilates teachers and health and fitness experts, heads up the Pilates Community that we would love you to join so we can HELP YOU!
The Pilates Community brings you live Pilates classes on Facebook, Zoom and on recorded videos so you can attend Pilates classes at a set time live or at any time at home. Its a personal, high quality service teaching Pilates, that can adapt to your indivdual needs. Each teacher has different training, skills but our main focus is a great timetable to serve our clients.

Since 2003 the Pilates Community team made up of Pilates instructors, yoga teachers, physiotherapists and nutritionists, have been providing expert tuition and guidance throughout Surrey, Hampshire, Dorset, and across the UK. We now have all our classes, 1.1s and advice online. We transform our clients’ lives many, of whom have posture issues, joint problems or injuries that cause back pain.

PREVENTING pain, future health, back, bones and joint problems (like osteoporosis). IMPROVING posture, helping gain flexibility and improving bad habits (ie how you sit at the computer).
Come and join our online Pilates Community where you’ll find knowledgeable professional live classes and videos guiding you through your Pilates journey. We’ll save you time and money: The live classes and workshops are 20min-2hrs long, and the video workouts start at just two minutes to 1 hr and are easy to follow and accessible from anywhere – whilst travelling, or in the comfort of your own home so there’s no need to go to smelly, busy, dirty gyms (which many of us find intimidating).
We also nurture you on our Women’s Wellbeing Retreats and workshops in the UK and Europe where you can take time out to relax, dream big, recharge and experience Pilates in a fun, friendly and caring environment. Our Teachers are professionals, passionate about Pilates and helping you to achieve your goals!
