Join our friendly Pilates Classes on Zoom to deepen your knowledge of Pilates, get rid of those back aches and pains, get more mobile, feel more flexible and fitter.
We love to help you feel more in control of your body and understand the stretches and exercises that will help you feel great!
With over 15 years experience of teaching Pilates and with back injuries and pain issues of their own, Hannah and her team have developed a style of Pilates that incorporates strengthening and stretching.

- Access to 3 Live classes a week on Zoom Mon 9.30 Mixed, Mon 7.30pm Improvers and Advanced, Tues 9.30am Beginners and Back care class.
- Facebook live classes on Monday 9.30am, Wednesday 9.30am
- Access to the Zoom recordings to watch them during following week, at any time.
- Classes are on Zoom for that personal virtual touch and attention, to ensure the class meets your individual needs.
- Access to a Private Facebook group with over 100 videos for motivation and accountability.
- Access to a private WhatsApp group for updates and personalised instruction and specific exercises for you.
- Learn more about Pilates with handouts and lesson plans.
- Regular emails about Pilates with exercises and stretches.

We’d love you to join our group classes on Zoom.
This membership is for those that want more of a one to one input on their Pilates form, as they are small classes.
We will adapt exercises if you have any back, body issues, problems or pain that you need me to adjust the exercises for you.
