With over 15 years experience of teaching Pilates and with back injuries and pain issues of their own, Hannah and her team have developed a style of Pilates that incorporates strengthening and stretching.

Monday 7.45am Beginners – Monika (whole body)
Tuesday 8.30am Improvers – Hannah (arms upper body)
Wednesday 7.45am Mixed – Monika (mid back mobility)
Thursday 8am Mixed – Beth (Lower back, glutes and hips)
Friday 8.30am Pilates – Hannah (Core and Legs)
We’d love you to join our group classes on Zoom.
This membership is for those that want more personalise class and teacher feedback on their Pilates form, as they are small classes.
We will adapt exercises if you have any back, body issues, problems or pain that you need me to adjust the exercises for you.
