Come and try this Beginners Pilates Class on Zoom. This is a great class to strengthen your core, mobilise your back to release pain and stiffness. Also we will mobilise and stretch Joints to relieve aches and pains. then at the end we will relax which will help relieve stress ion your back.
Have ready a mat, towel or blanket and pillow.
