GET BUNS OF STEEL! Join our resistance band class to strengthen, tone and target your arms, legs, buttocks, and stabilise and strengthen your core. This will be all levels but will work the muscles harder, for those who want to really ‘feel’ the muscles working. The resistance band has the advantage of helping to stabilise the hips and shoulders as you work the muscles around the joints. You will feel it the next day! It will enhance YOUR hip mobility, flexibility and strength with some fantastic new exercises.

If you can’t attend on the day you will get a recording, handout and a band (choose from 3 sizes for different resistance).
